Veterans’ Victory House is managed by Advantage Veterans Services of Walterboro, LLC on behalf of the State of South Carolina. HMR Veterans Services, Inc. has proudly provided management services to Advantage Veterans Services of Walterboro, LLC since the facility opened in 2006.
