Floyd E. “Tut” Fann State Veterans Home is a 150-bed skilled nursing facility with a dedicated memory care unit. Home to many of “Rocket City’s” finest Veterans, this 20-year old State Veterans Home recently underwent a state-of-the-art upgrade to ensure that the Veterans continue to enjoy a community of care and quality of life that they deserve.
HMR has proudly managed the Floyd E. “Tut” Fann State Veterans Home on behalf of the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs since July of 2004.
