Ambrosio Guillen is a 160-bed skilled nursing facility with a dedicated memory care unit. Veterans enjoy outstanding dining services, excellent care, and excursions to experience all that El Paso has to offer. The home is named after Medal of Honor recipient, Marine Staff Sgt. Ambrosio Guillen.
HMR has proudly provided management services to the Ambrosio Guillen Texas State Veterans Home on behalf of the General Land Office (GLO), Veterans Land Board (VLB) of Texas since 2018.
